#Getting a new password

If you have forgotten your password, you will need the secret passphrase you received when you registered your account.
Without it you will not be able to get a new password.

Save the secret passphrase in a safe place, or print it out.
Without that passphrase we will not be able to recover your account.

Go to the login page and click the "Forgot your password?" link. You will receive an email with a password reset link.

By following the link in the email, you will need to enter your email address, the new password, and the secret passphrase.
