# Plans and subscriptions

RespireBien has three plans — **Free**, **Pro**, and **Ultra**. You compare and switch them from the **[Subscriptions](/plans)** page.

## The plans
- **Free** — clients (up to 20), private appointments and notes, a calendar with reminders, a personal link through which each client sees their own appointments and video sessions.
- **Pro** — everything Free offers, plus unlimited clients, note templates (SOAP, DAP, BIRP, GIRP, PIE, PIRP), 5 GB of file storage, sync with Google and Apple Calendar, a public self-booking link for clients, and reports about your practice.
- **Ultra** — everything Pro offers, plus 20 GB of storage, services and costs per client, and full invoicing: ANAF e-Invoice, multi-currency invoices, automatic invoice sending after a session, and revenue reports.

## How to switch plans
You toggle between **monthly** and **yearly** billing, choose a plan, and fill in your billing details. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. To change your card, download invoices, or cancel your subscription, use the **[payment management portal](/payment/billing)** in the profile menu.
